Dr Mohibullah Zeer was born in Paghaman District Kabul province of Afghanistan on July 1963.
He is a qualified Medical Doctor and Master degree with more than 36 years of vast experience in health facilities management, supervision and monitoring, project management, Hospital Leadership and Management, Project leadership and management and curative health management.
Mr. Zeer was the General director of curative medicine GDCM of Ministry public health MoPH Afghanistan and he was join as the program director of OPHA in August 2021. He always has tried and work hard with OPHA senior leadership to guide the organization toward attainments of its goals by implementation of different projects and fund raising activities. He is a innovative person and excellent role model who is enthusiastic to his work.
