OPHA is implementing Performance Based Contract to Deliver the Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS), and Essential Package of Health Services (EPHS) in Logar Province through partnership agreement with Care of Afghan Families (CAF) . The project is funded by MoPH/WB (IBRD, IDA, GFF, ARTF). The duration of the project is for 30 months (Jan 2019 to end of Jun 2022). Under this contract, both partner organization are responsible to run total of 47 HFs (1 PH, 3 DH, 8 CHC, 3 CHC+ 19 BHC, 13 PHC and 1 Prison Health Center), 8 FHF and 232 HPs. The total beneficiaries of the project are around 430917 people.
